2658303 - Calibration - The Maximum Number of Viewable Subjects Without Filtering Threshold

Symptom

This article explains what the Maximum Number of Viewable Subjects Without Filtering Threshold setting controls in the Calibration session.

Environment

SuccessFactors Calibration

Resolution

  • For larger Calibration sessions, it is possible to set a threshold for the number of viewable subjects in a Calibration session.
  • There can be performance issues on sessions with more than 200 subjects, and this setting will display a soft warning message when the value of the subject threshold is changed to a value greater than 200.
  • This setting can be found under the Advanced tab in the Calibration template:

  • The system default threshold is 200.
  • Any number entered above 200 will prompt a soft warning to advise that having a maximum number of viewable subjects over 200 may cause performance issues:

  • The maximum threshold that can be entered is 2000.
