When User123 Scans the QR Code provided in mobile activation section it brings up the profile of a different UserABC
Reproducing the Issue
Options -> Mobile -> Activate via Camera -> Scan QR Code -> Profile Displayed of another User
This is caused when the phone being used has been used by another Employee in the company and their Data is still remembered on the phone.
On the phone go to:
- find the SF app
- click storage
- and clear the data and cache.
This will erase any data associated to the profile of the previous user.
