2655622 - SMS Reply Option Not Available For Internet Tickets

Symptom

You are not able to find the option to reply via SMS for tickets with Internet type.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Service work center.
  2. Go to the Tickets view.
  3. Open ticket XXX (XXX represents the ID of the Ticket). 
  4. Go to the Overview facet.
  5. Under Reply section, click on Add button.
  6. Notice that there is no SMS option.

Cause

The SMS option is currently not available for the Ticket Type Internet.

Resolution

This is the system standard behavior.
