Material Requirement Planning (MRP) creates purchase proposals with wrong lot-sizing method.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Supply Planning Work Center.
- Go to Products View.
- Search Product ABC (ABC stands for production ID) with Production Specification DEF (DEF stands for production specification ID).
- Click Open.
- Click Run Planning - Multi BoM level.
You could see that there were multiple purchase proposals generated. However, in the material master data, the planning procedure is "demand - driven", lot-sizing method is "periodic lot-size", and period type is "month". You expect that there should be only one proposal generated for demand within a month.
For Products with Production Specification, the lot sizing method "Lot-for-Lot" is automatically applied. The lot-sizing method maintained in the product data are ignored for supply planning of products with production specification.
This is standard system behavior.
