2653797 - Start Recording Button is not visible in the Time Recording Workcenter When in Offline Mode

Symptom

You would like to enable the auto recording time functionality under Time Recording workcenter when you are in offline mode. However, the button is missing from the screen.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Cause

The auto recording time functionality works under Service and Time Recording workcenters when in online mode. However, in offline mode it just works under Service work center (for Tickets). For Time Recording workcenter, you can just add a new time entries when in offline mode.

Because of this you are not seeing the button Starting Recording when in offline mode
