After completing a Performance Form during our b1802 release, the Manager field is blank in the Employee Information section even though this user has a manager.
This would affect forms completed in Preview or Production environments with completion dates between the following ranges:
- Preview: March 10th 2018 - May 5th 2018
- Production: April 7th 2018 - June 2nd 2018
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core b1802
- Performance Management
Reproducing the Issue
This was a known code issue within our b1802 release, and has been patched as of the b1805 release. Any form completed before or after the b1802 release will not be affected by this issue.
At this time, these forms will continue to have the Manager field blank.
As a workaround to update this field, you can route the forms out of completion and back to a completed state. This should update the Manager field accordingly, provided that the user has a valid manager.
Please note that this workaround will update any form completion/signature dates as well.
