Symptom

You are looking for an Advanced Search for Leads inside an Account screen.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customer work center.
  2. Click on Accounts.
  3. Open the Account XYZ(XYZ represents the ID of the Account).
  4. Go to the Leads facet.
  5. Result: the Advanced Search is not available.

Resolution

This is the system behavior for Business Partners (Accounts, Individual Customer and Contacts).

If you need the functionality Advanced Search in the facet Leads in a Business Partner urgently you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center.
