The background information on the candidate profile is sorted differently for each candidate, or sometimes is not even sorted in a certain way.

There is no feature to order or sort the background information manually or automatically in the Candidate Profile.
Since there is no way to sort the background information in the candidate profile, a suggestion that we usually make is to create a instruction field to guide the candidate when adding their background information to put it in a certain order, so all candidates will insert their data in the same order and it will be easier for you to look through.
Another option is to maybe put that information in the instruction header of the candidate profile, so it will be always on the top of the candidate profile, and the candidates will read your instructions before filling the profile information.
This changes can be done via Manage Templates tool. If you don't have it enabled and wish to, please check this article to get help on doing so.
So, to change the instruction field via Manage Templates tool, follow the steps below:
- Go to Admin Center, and search for "Manage Templates";
- In Manage Templates, select Recruiting Management;
- Then, select Candidate Profile;
- When opened, you just need to scroll down a bit and you will see the Instruction Header, then just enter what you wish to add for the candidates to see;
