Searching for actions in "search for actions or people" not all expected actions are returned
"Configure Object Definitions" - when checked in "Manage Action Search" this action is activated
However when searching for this in "search for actions or people" no results are found.
Reproducing the Issue
This issue may be caused by a stale or outdated search index
Search index needs to be rebuilt
- Access "Search Index" in provisioning.
- Enter the companyID to "Rebuild Action Search Company Index (Use comma as seperator for multi company ids)"
- Click "Rebuild"
- Once complete - Login to instance and all actions which are activated in "Manage Action Search" will now display when searched for
