- Can not proceed to next step after signing documents using Docusign
- Record is not moving to orientation step after new employee signs the documents in Docusign
- After signing the documents, I'm directed to the last page of the employee step
Data Protection and Privacy feature enabled and DocuSignOutsideSigning = Yes then process is not moving forward
Tested and Verified Work around:
Click on the Update link in the panel "It's almost time to Sign your Documents". This Update link will update the DocuSign Envelop Status and we are able to proceed with the activity.
If the update button is not available, Please reach out to Support team through a support incident to add this link in LocalizationResources file.
