When you change the Sales Unit in an Opportunity, the Sales Org does not get determined automatically, it has to be changed manually.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Sales work center.
- Go to the Opportunity view.
- Open the Opportunity DEF (DEF represents the Opportunity ID).
- Select the Edit button.
- Change the value in the Sales Unit field.
- The value in the Sales Org field does not get updated.
The Sales Org in the Opporunity DEF has been manually changed. When the Sales Org in a document has been manually changed once, from that point onwards, it has to be manually updated and will not be automatically determined.
This is the expected system behaviour.
