2650436 - Form Template Selection Only Allows Rules For Sales Quote, Sales Order, Contract and Survey

You are not able to find any other Business Object, besides Sales Order, Sales Quote, Contract and Survey when you're trying to create rules for Form Template Selection.

SAP Hybris Cloud For Customer

1. Go to the Administrator Work Center.
2. Go to the Input and Output Management View.
3. Go to the Form Template Selection.
4. Check Show Rules For dropdown.

Creation of rules in Form Template Selection is only enabled for Sales Quote, Sales Order, Contract and Survey as these documents are intended to be sent to business recipients.

The system is behaving as designed.
