LMS admin has a list of user IDs to assign an item.
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Go to users > Tools > User Needs Mgmt;
Select add item/curricula/program and hit next;
Add the users Ids one by one or click "add one or more from list" and search for users, then select the users from the search results and click add;
Hit next and add the items/Curricula/Program or search and hit next;
Confirm the information and hit next;
Schedule or run the job and once the job is finished, the items will be assigned to the users.
TIP: You can search for multiple IDs (user/items/curricula/program) when using the option "add one or more from list" by changing the filter operator to any and pasting multiple IDs by comma (",").
