On Initiate Deletion of Lead the Message: Deletion in progress. Please wait a minute and then refresh the list is trigger.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Sales work center.
- Go to the Leads view.
- Search for the LMN (where LMN is the Lead Id) and click on the Action->Initiate Deletion.
You get message as: Deletion in progress. Please wait a minute and then refresh the list , but later on refresh lead LMN still exist.
If you open the lead LMN, you can see in the header the mandatory field Customer Last Name is missing.Please ensure Customer Last Name and all other mandatory field values are maintain and then try deletion of lead.
Go to the Sales work center.
Go to the Leads view.
Search and open the Lead LMN and go to the header section.
Please maintain the mandorty field Customer Last Name and if there is missing any other mandatory fields.
Save the Lead.
Now click on Action->Initiate Deletion of lead LMN, you will be able to delete it.
