We configured required fields in Details page. We tried to perform some changes/add new records. However, we noted that even we did not click on details link and try to save main portlet, it can be saved successfully without showing any error message.
End user should get warning message saying some fields are yet to be filled. Validation needs to be taken care.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Employee Profile and Add Emergency and Dependents portlet details
2. Portlet can be saved without validation for mandatory fields in Edit Details
Pre-condition set up: Admin Center should enable below switches:
- Enable validations for mandatory fields in the Dependent’s details section
- Enable validations for mandatory fields in the Emergency Contact’s details section
