This article provides information on the steps to be followed in case clients find the need to confirm if specific emails were sent from the SuccessFactors servers to candidates or recruiting operators.

Regardless of the motivations behind this request, Support may provide the clients the confirmation on email sendings/receivings. For that, please provide the Support team the following information:
- The email address for the email recipients;
- The email subjects;
- If possible, provide as an attachment to the incident, any example of the email Support should look for. It does not need to be, necessarily, the email sent to referred/intended recipients. It could be the same email (subject and content structure) that was received by other user;
- The time range for the search to be performed.
