User is seeing Number of Failed Logon Attempts as ZERO even after performing a failed attempt.

Reproducing the Issue
Enter incorrect password for any specific User.
- Next time, provide correct password and login in system.
- Go to Business Analytics work center.
- Search and open report User Logon Details.
- Execute the report.
- User will notice that number of failed attempt is displayed as 0.
Report User Logon Details will display all continuous failed attempt without a successful attempt. In other terms, once a user logged in the system, number of failed attempt will be reset to 0.
This is standard behavior.
