2643715 - Number of Failed Logon Attempts is displaying 0 in report User Logon Details


User is seeing Number of Failed Logon Attempts as ZERO even after performing a failed attempt.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enter incorrect password for any specific User.
  2. Next time, provide correct password and login in system.
  3. Go to Business Analytics work center.
  4. Search and open report User Logon Details.
  5. Execute the report.
  6. User will notice that number of failed attempt is displayed as 0.


Report User Logon Details will display all continuous failed attempt without a successful attempt. In other terms, once a user logged in the system, number of failed attempt will be reset to 0.


This is standard behavior.
