When searching for Scheduled Offerings for an Item, they are not being listed in the Catalog, even though they are in the future. Even in the Catalog preview in the User record they do not appear, although they are in the Catalog and the Catalog is assigned to the User. Checking the SO, it has Self Registration set to Yes.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Catalog Search;
- Search the item;
- The Scheduled Offering is not listed as possible to register;
- Self-Assign the item;
- Go to the Learning Plan;
- It is also not possible to register to the Scheduled Offering.
Check that both, the Scheduled Offering and Item are added to the Catalog;
Go to the User;
Select More->Catalog preview;
Verify that the Catalog is listed to the User;
Search for the Item and expand it to see the SOs;
The SO is not listed under the Item.
The registration Cut-Off Date is in the past.
Set the registration Cut-Off date to a later time:
Go to Learning->Scheduled Offerings;
Search for the SO and Edit it;
Select View All;
Find the Registration Cut-Off date field and change it to a future date;
Hit the Save button.
