Unable to set date filters in Adhoc Login Data domain to restrict the range/volume of data pulled by the report.

Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to Adhoc Reports.
Build your report Login Data schema using New> Create Report > Single Domain > Login Data
Edit the report> Filter tab> Refine Criteria> Employee Login Detail> Access Date> "Loading..." message never goes away and we cannot select a date range to report on.
The performance issue is caused by the huge number of records stored the login data domain.
Please confirm if following switches are on from Provisioning:
>Disable lazy loading of filter values to improve performance while creating/editing an ad-hoc report & tile builder.
and also check if below provisioning switch is turned off
> Disable Ad-hoc caching service
If the performance issue still persists, please note that currently there's no easy fix to this problem and plan to optimize filter panel in Adhoc to access the Dates is currently an enhancement to current model. This represents a very significant effort to deliver, and instead we will be focusing on the longer term SAP Analytics Cloud powered reporting solution as announced at SuccessConnect.
As a workaround, to unblock yourself from the situation please upload the attached Adhoc .sfr file(from SalesDemo instance) with a in-built user prompted Filter on "Access Date" and then upload the same to your instance. Please do not try to edit this filter as this would again cause the screen to freeze.
The report_sftest_login_date_2017 report has a user prompted Access Date filter Greater Than or Equal To 1/1/2017.
The report_sftest_login_date_2016 report has two user prompted filters on Access Date, for searching between two dates. Default values are 1/1/2016 and 12/31/2016.
To run the reports for shorter date ranges, run the reports OFFLINE, and Edit FreeText and input the date criteria as desired. We recommend output to CSV.
You can edit the reports to add any number of columns.
