We are observing a change in behavior post b1805 deployment while exporting the Ad Hoc report through ‘Report Center’. The new behavior is, on exporting the report in CSV format (Download CSV) or PDF/PPT/Excel (Export) the iFrame closes immediately and the user is pushed to the report listing page. There is no loading bar or notification that the report is being executed. If the user stays in same page, the report is downloaded or it is getting terminated.

Reproducing the Issue
Step 1: Go to Report Centre.
Step 2: Select an ad-hoc report and select Run.
Step 3: On the "Execute" screen, select either Download (CSV) or Export.
Step 4: You are returned to the Report Centre screen and no report is produced.
This is expected behaviour from B1805, We changed the behaviour in B1805
While downloading the result we never show loading bar before and after this change till it download the result file. Please note that the behaviour is same when ReportCenter is enabled or disabled (We don’t show loading bar until we download the result – We have loading bar for some time until we close the run dialog but not until the file gets downloaded)

We have future plan to improve this by adding a toast or notification so the end user knows their action has been acknowledged however currently this is an expected behavior.
