You want to add an Activity to a Campaign; but the buttons to add the Activities (Phone Calls, Tasks, E-Mails) are greyed out.

Reproducing the Issue
Prerequisite: a Campaign ABC in status Planned (ABC is the name of the Campaign).
Go to the Sales Campaign workcenter.
- Go to the Campaigns view.
- Open the Campaign ABC.
- Go to the Activities facet.
Result: the buttons to add any Activity (Phone Calls, Tasks, E-Mails) are all greyed out.
The Campaign ABC is in status Planned; Activities can only be added to Campaigns in status Active. This is the designed system behaviour.
You need to activate the Campaign ABC before you can add an Activity:
- Follow steps 1-3 as per above.
- Click the button Actions and then choose Activate.
