You performed changes in the user interface via adaptation mode. After exiting adaptation mode, you realise the changes have not been applied.

Reproducing the Issue
- Login to the HTML5 UI.
- Click on Adapt.
- Select Edit Master Layout.
- Perform changes in any UI.
- Click on Adapt.
- End Master Layout Changes.
- Changes are not reflected in the UI.
For every change that is made in adaptation mode, the application creates a so-called change transaction (CT) with a unique ID. After this change transaction was created, it will immediately reflect the change in the UI. However, in certain cases the CT is not applied to the user interface and has to be triggered manually.
To trigger this manually, there is an in-built function called Client Inspector. This allows the end user to carry out a UI refresh. To activate the Client Inspector and execute the CT manually, please follow the steps below:

- Navigate to the desired Work Center/View
- Hold the CTRL keyand at the same time left-clickinto the user interface.
- The Client Inspector opens.
- Navigate to the facet UI Changes.
- Click on Generate Load.
