2640860 - The Ticket ID Does Not Appear under Survey Results


When you go to the Survey Results facet for an individual customer ABC (ABC represents the name of the individual customer).

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customers work center.
  2. Go to the Individual Customers view.
  3. Open Ticket ABC.
  4. Go to the Survey Results facet.
  5. Select Ticket on the dropdown.
  6. The only ID available is the Survey ID.


This is the system standard behavior.
