When you try to find a configured custom field in Data subject information report, system does not display this field.
Employee Central: Data subject Inforamtion
Data subject information report use Odata API and fetch all data using API. It might have happend that your configured field has not been updated in Odata API.
To Resolve this issue, go to Admin Center-> OData API Metadata Refresh And Export -> Refresh the OData as shown below. If you do not find this option, provide sufficient permission based on KBA . SuccessFactors: OData API Metadata Refresh and Export
