The error message "E-mail Address Isn't Valid. Please check" is duplicated when an incorrect E-mail address is entered on Individual Customer or Account creation.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Customers work center.
- Go to the Individual Customers view.
- Select the New button.
- Enter a value in all mandatory fields.
- In the E-mail fields, enter an invalid entry (such as 123).
- Select the Save button.
- The error message "E-mail Address Isn't Valid. Please check" appears twice.
Our development colleagues are currently working on a software correction.
This issue will be resolved with the upgrade in 1808.
