2637252 - You Cannot Add Active Surveys to Your Visits

Symptom

You want to add a Survey to an upcoming Visit, but there is no Survey select in the Surveys Facet.

Environment

SAP HYBRIS CLOUD FOR CUSTOMER

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Visits workcenter.
  2. Go to the Visits view.
  3. Open ABC (ABC represent the Visit to which you want to assign a Survey).
  4. Go to the Surveys facet.
  5. Click Add.

Result: There is no Survey to choose from.

Cause

Surveys are available for Visits under certain conditions: They will only be shown if detected by a Routing Rule. Also, this rule has to be defined in the Activity Planner.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Activity Planner work centre.
  2. Click the Plans facet.
  3. Click New.
  4. Name your activity plan and select its validity dates.
  5. Click Save and open.
  6. Go to the Surveys facet.
  7. Click Add.
  8. Open the value selection, select the AAA (AAA represents the survey you want to add to the visit).
  9. Click Add.
  10. Hit Save.
  11. Click Routing rules facet.
  12. Click New.
  13. Enter a description and next to Business Application select Visit ABC from the dropdown list.
  14. Hit Save and open.
  15. Maintain the Conditions in the respective section (for example you can choose Owner, Equal to, Your Name, which should send the Survey to every Visit with your name).
  16. Activate the Routing Rule.
  17. Click Activity plans
  18. Click Add to add the newly created plan to the Routing Rule.
  19. Hit Save.

 The Survey should appear under the Visit, if the rule selected is correctly defined.
