5. Select Release for selected Week
Then error occurred.
The reason for the issue might be that Business Feature for default premium pay is ON: Below question has been marked Yes for default Premium pay to be applicable. Scoping Question: Do you want to valuate internal time confirmations with actual employee compensation rates? When a time recording is released, Time Valuation starts from a day before the actual date of Time Recording getting released.
For example, you have set default value for Premium Pay for All Employees, due to this when a time recording of 01.01.2018 is tried for releasing, Time valuation starts running from a day before it (31.12.2017), error is due to time recording of 31.12.2017. When Time Valuation run from the date 31.12.2017, it detects and applied the defaulted Premium Pay to the 31.12.2017. Due to this new addition/change, system tries to cancel already sent source document to Financials and tries to send a new source document. But, while sending it finds Blocked process control for posting date 31.12.2017.
Please create a Process Control for allowing Time Confirmation of the date before the date of Time Recording getting released and then try releasing the Time recording. This way system will send a new source document to financial side applying this new default Premium Pay.
