2636000 - Depersonalize of a Ticket Gives Errors

Symptom

Depersonalize feature could be used to delete Sensitive Transactional Documents like Tickets

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud For Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Service Work Center
  2. Then to Tickets View
  3. On the Over View Screen, select any Ticket
  4. Click on Gear Icon and select the Depersonalize Option

The following errrors are displayed:

  • Error during data removal
  • Consistency check resulted in error
  • Veto, data destruction not allowed

Cause

Ticket needs to be in closed status to Depersonalize it

Resolution

Kindly set the Ticket Status to Closed and Depersonalize with above steps
