You are trying to edit any Role but you cannot due to error message.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Admin Center
- In Manage Employees click on Set User Permissions
- Go to Manage Permission Roles
- Click on any role, then you will receive the error message while loading
If you have access to provisioning (back end), check whether you have scheduled the following Job: Company Data Migrate Job
If not, please schedule it (recurring pattern set to Once) then run it manually. This should solve the scenario.
If the issue still persists, please create an incident and address it to the following component: LOD-SF-PLT-RBP
