Currently we have PP3 and LOA for leave of absence only. We do not want to have a workflow triggered when we introduce the actual return date, since the LOA is approved at the beginning.

Reproducing the Issue

In addition to the start-date and expected-end-date for a leave of absence, there is an actual-return-date because in most of the cases employee do not return on the same date.
LOA needs to have correct return date so that employee returns to work / returns to position on right time.
When workflow is enabled in Leave of absence, workflow will get triggered also when customer enters actual return date.
This approval step is in place because, it’s a long leave and HR admins of the company might need to verify whether employee entered correct actual date.
There are different back ground processing once employee enters actual return date:
1. Job information record is inserted with return to work event.
2. If position management is configured, employee returns to the position.
