When you launch a form for a certain Planner no forms are being created and there is an error [Error: For input string: "Frequency Name"]
This is a data issue. There are user's with invalid frequency code in their Recurring Pay Component.
When a user does not have a frequency in employee file, it could be that
1) empty data(frequency) in DB, or
2) invalid data(frequency) in DB.
Empty data will not result in launch form failure, while invalid data will.
You will need to identify the user(s) who has an invalid frequency code and correct it. Running an ad hoc report should help. If you will encounter any ad hoc reporting issue while doing this Frequency report you will need to contact Employee Central Product Support Team.
