2630667 - Account Migration Process - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Go-live nearing, we need to migrate the Development Environment to Production
  • Need to refresh preview environment from Dev Environment
  • Need to mirror preview environment in Dev
  • Migrate Stage env to Preview environment
  • Need Super administrator access
  • Reset Password for Super admin site
  • HrAdmin Password reset

Resolution

Support Team is not responsible for the tasks before Go-live. Partners / Professional Service team have direct access to portal.

For Implementation Partners:

Please login to the HCM Cloud operation portal and create ticket for the operation team. Under ONB Request, you have various options to choose. Click here for the portal link

Onboarding Account Migration:

 A clone of the Source account will be made at the specified Destination. The Source account will be deleted post activity.

Onboarding Account Refresh:

A clone of the Source account will be made at the specified Destination. The Destination account and all associated data will be deleted prior to activity.

ONB Super Admin Access Request / Reset Password

Provide Customer Name / Data center / Environment / Onboarding Company Id / Super admin User Name / Customer Approval

ONB Hradmin Password Reset

** Please allow at least two to three weeks for your request to be completed.

At this time there is no cost involved for instance refreshes.
