Support Team is not responsible for the tasks before Go-live. Partners / Professional Service team have direct access to portal.
For Implementation Partners:
Onboarding Account Migration:
A clone of the Source account will be made at the specified Destination. The Source account will be deleted post activity.
Onboarding Account Refresh:
A clone of the Source account will be made at the specified Destination. The Destination account and all associated data will be deleted prior to activity.
Onboarding Super Admin Access / Reset Password
Provide Customer Name / Data center / Environment / Onboarding Company Id / Super admin User Name / Customer Approval
Client After Go-Live:
If client need assistance in account migration / refresh, they can use the attached Excel. Reach out support team for further assistance. Click here to review the process for live clients.
