2630586 - Account Refresh Process - Onboarding

Symptom

  • We want to Clone the Production instance to our preview instance
  • Need to refresh our Preview instance with configuration from our Production
  • Migrate our instance in the stage environment to Preview environment
  • Need Instance refresh 
  • Need to mirror Production environment in Dev environment

Resolution

Onboarding Account Migration:

 A clone of the Source account will be made at the specified Destination. The Source account will be deleted post activity.

Onboarding Account Refresh:

A clone of the Source account will be made at the specified Destination. The Destination account and all associated data will be deleted prior to activity.

For Live Customers: 

Reach out to Cloud Product support team through a support ticket. Please fill the needed information in the excel file that is attached here. If you do not know any information, leave it blank. Support engineer will assist you with those information. Attach this form to the support ticket. Support engineer will create a ticket (HCM Cloud operation portal) with the operation team. Post refresh / Migration activity will be completed by the support engineers.
