Some posts from Facebook are not replicated to SAP Hyrbis Cloud for Customer even though the import runs are working and other posts are being replicated with no issues.

The posts that are not being replicated are paid campaigns on Facebook side.
Facebook offers the possibility to a business account to send paid campaigns, with different reach options. Such campaigns are handled by a different API by Facebook, one that is not the same Cloud for Customer uses for the integration and hence, such posts are not replicated.
This is the current expected behaviour for SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.
If you need this functionality urgently you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center.

SAP provides the possibility to integrate SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer with Sprinlkr, that is a third party system that works as middleware between C4C and various Social Media Channels.
