2626104 - Data Subject Information Report - Onboarding 1.0

Customer would like to know For GDPR for ONB - for the Data Subject Information Report. if you search for an Onboardee - is the list supposed to show all hires in ONB regardless of what step they are currently in (PHV, NES or OS) or does it only show hires that have "all documents submitted"?

1. Below is logic of candidates to be appeared in Onboardee search report:
2. In admin centre-manage data--oci-Hired flag=NO, then those users will populate in Onboardee search Report.
3. If hired=Yes then users will not populate in onboardee search.
