Reproducing the Issue
Could you please confirm if LMS is using cookies.
Resolution
The LMS web application stores cookies in the user's browser that represents the user's session and few other attributes related to the user's session. These are secure and non-presistent cookies.
All requests to the LMS app are encrypted over SSL. Data sent from the user's browser to the LMS web application and vice versa are specific to each interaction made by the user. For example if the user is taking a course, data sent to LMS is specific to tracking the course.
