When a requisition is created from Job Requisitions >> Create New (from the UI), the due date of a requisition is set by default to N days after the creation date. This date is calculated according to the settings in Admin Center >> Form Template Settings >> Job Requisition.
But when a requisition is created from the position org chart, the Due Date defaults to the system date and does not respect the settings in the Form template Settings.

Success Factors Employee Central & Recruiting Integration
When you create a requisition from the Position org chart, the due date of the requisition is always equal to the job creation date, it ignores the settings defined in Admin Center >> Form Template Settings >> Form Templates> (name of template)> Default Dates for Form Creation> Default Due Date.
Follow the steps in the KBA 2448421 to define the "formDueDate" field in the Job requisition template. This will capture the due date on requisition.
Once this field is defined in the requisition template, you can map the "formDueDate" field in a requisition from the position org chart through the business rule mapping in Admin Center >> Position Management Settings >> Integration. Please see the below image for configuring the rule:
You can add the same number of days as set up in the Form Template Settings for Form due date or a different number as required. Then save your rules.
Once this is done, go to Admin Center > ODATA API Metadata Refresh and Export and press the Refresh button to complete the setup.
