2624275 - You Don't Want to Receive Failed Workflow Rule Notifications.

When the workflow rules fail, you receive notifications informing the same. You want to stop receiving such notifications.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Log on as user A.
2. Go to the Administrator work center.
3. Go to the Workflow Rules view.
4. From the Actions(gear wheel icon), select Workflow Logs.
5. For all the failed messages you see in the log, you receive notifications as well.

Senerio 1: User A is a key user, and scoping question "Do you want to switch off failed work flow rule notification for key users" is not enabled.

Senerio 2: The user A is maintained under failed workflow rule notification.

Senerio 1: 

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Choose the view implementation projects.
3. Choose the button Edit project scope.
4. Navigate to the questions tab.
5. Go to communication and information exchange view.
6. Go to Business process management sub view.
7. Next under thsi sub view choose Business Task Management view.
8. On the right hand side Under general settings for tasks:C4C Specific. choose the question"Do you want to switch off failed work flow rule notification for key users ".
9. Please scope this question.
10. Finish the scoping and close the project.

Senerio 2:

1. Go to Administrator work center.
2. Navigate to Workflow Rule view.
3. Click More.
4. Choose Workflow Setting.
5. Cick on the first setting regarding failed workflow rule notification.
6. Delete user A there.
