What is the logic behind the % shown in Overall Referral Progress (seen on referrer's Referral Tracking tab)?
Reproducing the Issue
As an internal user, go to the Home >>Careers
Under Referral tracking tab, you will see the Overall Referral Progress (in percentage) of the candidate you have referred to a particular job.
Overall Referral Progress (seen on referrer's Referral Tracking tab) is calculated based on the number of In Progress statuses in the pipeline between New Application(Default) and Hired statuses, regardless of if the candidate or referral can see it. The first hire status should be when 100% is reached. As and when the candidate progresses through the talent pipeline, the percentage keeps increasing.
Sometimes there could be scenarios where the Overall Referral Progress percentage stays 0% in spite of moving the candidate throough different statuses of the talent pipeline. For the cause of such scenarios and fix of that issue, please refer to the KBA 2427430
