We created a schedule block and associated it with an instructor, however the instructor user can't find the schedule block showing in "My Classes" tile.
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a schedule block via Learning>Schedule Offerings>Add New>Select Type=Schedule Block, enter required information, add any Instructor as "Primary Instructor".
- Log into user learning page as the instructor, go to My Classes tab, check "SCHEDULED CLASSES" tile & "PAST CLASSES" tile, you are not able to find the schedule block anywhere.
This is system expected behavior.
A schedule block is used to block off some time and resources in the learning calendar so that the resources become unavailable at that time to avoid resource conflict. Technically it's only considered as a block of time but has no associated learning item for it, so schedule block will not be displaying in My Classes tile from instructor point of view.
