When opening a PM form, a blank page displays
One of the possible causes why opening a PM form displays a blank page is due to the user's default locale
Ensure that the affected user's Default Locale has a corresponding language translation set for a specific PM Form template under General Settings in Manage Templates.
Refer to the following steps on how to check for it:
1. Check the user's default locale via Manage Users or Employee Export
2. Then navigate to Admin Center > Performance Management > Manage Templates > Select specific PM form template
3. Under General Settings, click "Add More" link, then check if the user's default locale matches the PM Form default language. If no, you can either change the user's default locale to match the PM Form default language or you may opt to add localized PM template label for the missing translation aside from the default langauge.
5. Once you have added all the necessary language translations, click Done > Save
Please note that if a user has a different locale, there should be a corresponding language translation set for that locale in Manage Templates. This is to ensure that a PM form will display its content based on the user's default locale and PM form's language translations. Additionally, the localization changes made under Manage Templates are not dynamic and won't reflect to live forms.
