Is it possible to make Dependents Information portlet mandatory in New Hire wizard?

This is a known gap, and we don’t have any way to meet this requirement as of now. We are missing “Dependents” (Person Relationships) as a child node when “Employee information” is selected as the base object for the rule.
Currently it works if PP3 is not enabled. For PP3 enabled instances, there is an existing enhancement request. Once it is implemented, it'll be included in the release notes. You can contact your CSM or call up our hotline number to know status of the enhancement request.
