Is it possible to make Dependents Information portlet mandatory in New Hire wizard?

This is a known gap, and we don’t have any way to meet this requirement as of now. We are missing “Dependents” (Person Relationships) as a child node when “Employee information” is selected as the base object for the rule.
There is already an enhancement request to implement the feature. This is planned to be done in b1805, but it's not confirmed. Once it is implemented, it'll be included in the release notes. You can contact your CSM or call up our hotline number to know status of the enhancement request.
