You see English language values for Drop Down List Extension Fields on login via another language such as German or Chinese

Reproducing the Issue
1) Login to System in desired language ( for eg: German ).
2) Suppose you have added the Extension Field to Service Tickets screen.
3) Navigate to Service -> Tickets.
4) Open any Ticket.
5) Enter Edit Mode.
6) Click on Drop Down List menu of the field.
7) You see that the Drop Down List Values appear in English instead of German.
Language Transaltions for Code List Values have not been maintained for the Extension Field.
1) Login to system.
2) Navigate to Service -> Tickets.
3) Open any Ticket.
4)Enter Adaptation Mode by clicking on Adapt -> Edit Master Layout.
5) Hover over the Extension Field.
6) Click on Settings Icon.
7) Select Field Definition from the settings pop-up Icon.
8) Edit Field window opens.
9) Navigate to General Data tab.
10) Maintain the list of languages that you require in Screen Texts Table by clicking on Add Row button
11) Add new values to field by Clicking on Add Row button for List Values.
12) Maintain Translations for each row through Description of List Value.
