When a ticket is created from the Netbase channel, it is not pulling in the twitter avatar/image for the user.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Service work center.
- Go to the Tickets view.
- Open ticket 123 (123 represents the ticket ID).
- Under Interactions, the image of the user is missing and the message "No image available" is displayed.
Twitter messages that arrive from NetBase are not the same as messages that arrive from Twitter, where user profiles are available. From NetBase view, Twitter IDs are provided to extract twitter messages. Therefore, only tweet messages are shown, with no avatar/image.
This is the system expected behaviour.
