2617331 - When a Visit in Process is set as Complete, the Notes From the Last Visit are not Coming From the Previous Visit but the Notes from Current One.

Symptom

Notes from the previous Visit completed at a Customer's are no longer propagated in the Notes From Last Visit section of the current Visit once you set it as Complete.

Environment

SAP HYBRIS CLOUD FOR CUSTOMER

Reproducing the Issue

Pre-requisite : You created Visit AAA (AAA represents the first Visit with Notes ) and set it as Complete and Visit BBB (BBB represents the next Visit you created that is still in Process).

  1. Go to the Visits workcenter.
  2. Go to the Visits View.
  3. Open Visit BBB.
  4. Add Notes.
  5. Save.
  6. Click Actions.
  7. Click Set as Complete.
  8. Save.

Results : The content in the Notes from Last Visit box changes to the Notes content of the current Visit in the Completion process.

Cause

The Last Visited information comes from the last completed Visit.

The only case where Visits have different last visited information for the same account is if theses Visits have a different Sales Area and that Sales Area is also maintained in the account.

Resolution

This is the expected system behaviour.
