2615278 - Adding Resume and Cover Letter to Email Notification


How to add a Resume and Cover Letter to an e-mail notification sent to interviewer when scheduling candidate interviews.


SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management


You will need to add the following tokens to the E-mail being sent to the Interviewer [[ATTACHMENT_COVER_LETTER]] [[ATTACHMENT_RESUME]] .

1. Go to Admin Center.

2. Search Manage Recruiting E-mail Templates. 

3. Identify the template being sent to Interviewers and select the relevant template. 

4. Select Insert Job Requsition Field Button 


5. Select Application Resume & Application Cover Letter.


6. Save Changes

An interviewer will now receive the candidate Cover Letter and Resume once the candidate has the documents with in their Application.
