This document intends to help you identifying the changes that can be performed via self-service tools in Admin Center for Performance Management templates.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

The following Configuration Changes can be completed via Admin Center > Performance Management > Manage Templates > Performance Management:

General Settings:

1. Name of Performance Form
2. Add Route Map

4. Define label for "Unable to Rate"
5. Enable Buttons permissions - for more information on this topic please check the KBA 2253662
6. Set up Scale Adjusted Calculation - for more information on this topic please check the KBA 2175998

Edit Fields and Sections:

1. Add and delete Sections (Introduction, Employee Information, Review Dates, Competency sections, Objective sections, Summary, Objective Competency Summary, Performance Potential Summary, Signature, Additional comments, Mid Year, Custom)- for more information on this topic please check the KBA 2077152
2. Add section names and translations
3. Add description text and translations

14. Include the ability to enter in a weight in Competency and Objective Section
15. Set up permissions for Goal plan state within objective section (only possible, if you have already an objective plan configured with goal plan state which you linked to the objective section)

NOTE: If you change a route map through Admin Center > Performance Management > Manage Templates, this will remove all existing permissions you had previously set up. As a best practice, add first the correct route map and then set up the permissions or change the route map via Admin Center > erformance Management > Form Template Settings.
