2609541 - Error 'Some technical issues and inconsistencies have been found in your solution profile' After Copying Solution Profile From Production to Test Tenant

You created a change project in Production Tenant and after execution of Copy of Solution Profile from Production Tenant to Test Tenant you get the below error in the Test tenant:

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Go to Service Control Center work center
2. Select the Overview view
3. Select Active Systems
4. Select Copy Solution Profile
5. Select the Source and Target systems
6. Select Ok

After the Solution profile is copied successfully, when you go to the Test tenant and access the Implementation Projects view in the Business Configuration work center you will get the mentioned error.

With the Merge Project few Sales Cycle - Sales Phase combinations have been deleted.
There is data in the system that has this combination data present, hence the veto check error during the merge.

Please check which Transaction documents uses the Sales Cycle - Sales Phase combinations which are deleted and restore those in the Fine Tuning activity Sales Cycles and Phases.
