The filters on tiles are showing as if all values are selected after applying specific filters.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Home Page
- Select a tile > Apply filters > Select any filters > Done
- Go to apply filters again > Notice that "all values are selected" for the previous filter.
**The filters are working as expected, however it is showing like all values are selected.
The engineering team has corrected this behavior and the resolution will be applied on the b1802 release.
