You are unable to see the social media interactions under interactions facet of a ticket on RUI.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Service work center.
- Go to the Tickets view.
- Open any ticket.
- Go to the Interactions tab.
- Notice that there is no Social Media interaction.
Currently, under Ticket Interaction tab you will only be able to see e-mail, SMS, chat, portal and phone interactions. Social Media interaction only can be see on HTML5.
Standard system behavior. A fix for this has been planned and should be released on a future upgrade.
